Recipe-Instruction
First, mix all the dry ingredients in a food processor or by hand.
240 g (2 cups) sunflower seeds
90 g (⅓ cups) pumpkin seeds
75 g (½ cups) almonds, chopped
80 g (½ cups) chia seeds
180 g (1 cups) flaxseed, ground
50 g (⅕ cups) psyllium husks
40 g (¼ cups) sesame seeds, unpeeled
1,5 TL (1 ½ tsp) salt
40 g (⅕ cups) walnuts
Then add liquid ingredients and let mix well.
3 EL (3 tbsp) peanut puree
1 EL (1 tbsp) maple syrup
1 lemon
450 ml (2 cups) water
Put the dough in a baking dish with baking paper and press firmly. Then leave to swell for at least 50 minutes. The longer you wait, the fluffier the result will be. Start 50 minutes timer here
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the bread for 25 minutes initially. Start 25 minutes timer here
After 35 minutes, briefly remove the bread from the oven, remove the baking paper and then finish baking for another 45 minutes without a mold directly on a wire rack or in a bread pan with holes. Start 45 minutes timer here
Remove the bread from the mold, if one was used, and let it cool. The bread retains a lot of heat and takes longer to cool than you are used to from other breads.
